Uptime, CPU, memory and disk are monitored continuously. When something moves the wrong way, an engineer is already looking at it.

Automated off-server backups with one-click restore. We test restores, because a backup you have never restored is not a backup.

Billing
Questions about pricing
No. The price shown covers the server and our management of it. There is no per-site or per-seat charge on top.
Cloud hosting plans. If the service is not right for you within the first 30 days, we refund it.
Credit and debit cards, UPI, netbanking and NEFT. International customers can pay by card, ACH or wire transfer.
We resize the server, usually without downtime, and you move onto the next plan’s price from that billing cycle.
On-server backups are included. Offsite backup storage is billed at $0.033 per GB per month.
